Shatha Hamed Al-Safi, a scholarship recipient from Hadhramout Foundation - Human Development, obtained a master’s degree in computer science from the American University in Cairo.
Shatha's thesis, titled: "Customer Churn prediction based on Sentiment Score”, delved into using intelligent systems to predict the likelihood of companies losing customers based on various factors. Her research emphasized studying the impact of customer satisfaction on predictive models.
Shatha Al-Safi highlighted the importance of applying ensemble learning models that combine outputs from diverse algorithms to reduce errors and enhance prediction accuracy.
